Investing has become a popular way to multiply capital and build financial independence. However, choosing the right assets can be challenging, especially with changing market conditions. It is important to understand the available options and match them to your own strategy and level of risk acceptance. In this article, we will look at what is worth investing in, how intermediary platforms work, and what options can bring profits in the long term – from traditional stocks to modern cryptocurrencies.

Future assets?

Investors are increasingly looking for assets that can bring profits in the long run. Among the most interesting options are tech stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and real estate. Each of these instruments has its own unique features that make them worthwhile.

  • Technology stocks

Companies in the technology sector are growing rapidly and have the potential for further development. Innovations such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things or biotechnology can significantly change the market. Investing in stocks from industry leaders such as Apple or Microsoft can be an attractive option if you’re looking for stability and value growth.

  • Cryptocurrencies – modern assets

Cryptocurrencies are an increasingly popular asset that is still controversial. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the most popular options in this category. Despite the high price volatility, cryptocurrencies are seen as a future-oriented form of investment, especially in the context of the development of blockchain technology. For people ready for greater risk, they can be an interesting option for investing capital.

  • Real Estate – Sustainable Value

Real estate is considered a safe asset. Their value increases over the long term, and additional income can be generated from renting. Investing in apartments, commercial premises or building plots is a proven strategy, especially in developing markets. For investors who are looking for stable income, real estate can be an ideal choice.

  • Commodities – protection against inflation

Commodities such as gold, silver and oil are assets that often increase in value during periods of market uncertainty. Investing in commodities is seen as a hedge against inflation. Gold, as a “safe haven”, has been a capital hedge for years, especially in times of crisis.

Investors and intermediaries

Investment platforms act as intermediaries between the investor and the market. They allow you to trade stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and other assets, offering you the tools you need to conduct trades. They work by connecting buyers and sellers, providing access to market quotes, analysis, and charts. In practice, it’s an operations center where you can manage your portfolio.

First of all, they ensure the security of transactions and capital storage. Depending on the platform, you can use leverage, low commissions or a wide selection of instruments. Intermediaries also offer educational support and access to analytical materials. This allows you to better understand the market and make more informed decisions.

There are advantages to using investment platforms. First of all, it allows for quick and convenient access to global markets. You can invest from anywhere and anytime. Platforms often offer risk management features such as automated stop-loss orders, which protect you from unforeseen losses. For beginners, it is also a chance to learn without the need for a lot of capital.

The choice of platform depends on your needs. Before you open an account on one of them, check the commissions, available instruments and the level of customer support. It is important that the platform is licensed and has a good reputation among investors. Compare offers and choose the one that gives you the most opportunities at a reasonable cost. Platforms may vary, but the most important thing is that they are transparent and safe for your money.

Professional support – the 1CFT platform

1CFT operates within the proprietary trading model and offers several programme options for traders with different levels of experience. Its current offer includes Basic, Advanced and VIP accounts, which differ in the number of evaluation stages, available account sizes, trading objectives and risk parameters.

The route to a funded account depends on the selected programme. With a Basic account, the trader must successfully complete two challenge stages before moving to the Live Funded phase. The Advanced programme requires one challenge before the funded stage, while VIP allows the trader to start directly in the Live Funded phase.

1CFT provides access to Forex, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies and stocks. The current detailed programme tables list a minimum of four trading days. Leverage varies depending on the selected programme and account: most current variants use 1:50 leverage, while selected VIP accounts offer 1:100 and, in the highest listed variant, up to 1:200.

The platform supports different trading approaches, including discretionary trading, hedging and Expert Advisors. However, traders are still required to comply with the applicable programme rules and Trader Agreement. Certain practices, including exploiting platform or pricing errors, using specific third-party strategies designed to pass evaluation accounts, or arbitraging one account against another, are prohibited.

Once the required evaluation stages have been completed, the trader may receive access to a funded account. The funded stage generally removes the profit target applicable during the evaluation phase, while risk-management rules and loss limits remain in force.

A funded account should not be understood as the transfer of the displayed balance to the trader. According to the 1CFT Trader Agreement, the capital in a Funded Account may be notional and may differ from the amount of actual capital deposited with the broker. The nominal account size determines the trading level and the parameters applicable to the account.

Most current funded variants provide an 80/20 performance split in favour of the trader, while the highest listed VIP variant offers a 90/10 split.

1CFT generally uses a one-time programme fee rather than a recurring subscription. Conditions regarding the return of that fee depend on the selected programme. In many current Basic, Advanced and VIP variants, the programme tables state that an audition fee return is not included. Selected higher-tier VIP accounts provide for a fee refund once the first profit payout reaches 25% of the funded account size.

The company also provides educational materials, trading tools, technical assistance and personal guidance intended to support users throughout the programme.

Does the 1CFT model work?

1CFT should primarily be viewed as a proprietary trading company rather than a traditional investment broker. The company states that it does not accept customer deposits and is not a broker within the meaning of applicable law.

Its model is based on structured trading programmes with defined risk-management rules. Depending on the selected account, traders may need to complete two evaluation stages, one evaluation stage or, in the case of VIP, enter the funded phase directly.

During the evaluation process, traders work toward specified profit targets while remaining within maximum daily and overall loss limits. In the funded phase, the profit target no longer applies in the same way, but the trader must continue to comply with the account’s risk-management rules.

The advantage of this model is that the trader does not need to deposit an amount equal to the nominal value of the funded account. At the same time, participation is not risk-free. The trader pays for access to the programme and may lose access to an account if the applicable limits or trading rules are breached.

The current 1CFT offer covers several account sizes and different levels of entry. Basic accounts provide a standard two-challenge route, Advanced accounts reduce the evaluation process to one challenge, and VIP accounts allow direct entry into the funded phase.

Performance sharing is generally set at 80/20 in favour of the trader, with selected VIP accounts offering up to 90%. Trading conditions such as leverage, loss limits, account duration and fee-return rules depend on the selected programme.

For this reason, users considering 1CFT should compare the detailed conditions of the Basic, Advanced and VIP programmes rather than focusing only on the nominal account balance. The number of evaluation stages, profit target, leverage, loss limits, minimum trading-day requirement, performance split and fee-return conditions can all affect which programme best fits a particular trading approach.

1CFT therefore provides a structured prop-trading environment in which traders can test and apply their strategies under predefined risk-management conditions and, depending on the selected programme, gain access to a funded account and participate in the performance generated on that account.
